Summary
Energy Digital Commerce has introduced a new feature that provides auditors within seller accounts with access to the User Audit Log service,
alongside some usability enhancements.
New + Improved
User Audit Log Service
As an auditor, you can now review changes made by individual users, with every action tracked including a timestamp, user ID (email), summary of the action taken, and a description of the previous and updated values. This feature enables greater visibility and accountability for activity within the account, filtered by the following event types:
- Offer Pricing
- Orders (create, update, delete)
- Customer Management
- Offer Settings
How it works
- As an account admin assign the auditor role to users on the User Management page of the Digital Commerce app
- Auditors can then navigate to the Audit Log page within Digital Commerce to review user activity across multiple area of the account
- In addition to reviewing activity, auditors also have the ability to export audit log data in a CSV/XLSK format

Extended Trading Hours
As a seller, you now have the ability to extend the customer trading window to include weekends.
PIDX Codes Added to Orders Screens
As a seller, you will now have the ability to view PIDX codes linked to products throughout the platform, including order screens, offer overview, and offer and customer setup screens.
