New + Improved
1. Updating Confirmed Orders
As a seller you are able to to make adjustments to the quantity of a confirmed order. This means that if you’d like to make a change to the initial
order quantity, or if the buyer requests a change, you can now make the necessary adjustments without having to cancel the entire order and
start over. Once you have made the update and saved the changes, the TABS allocation will automatically be updated to reflect the new quantity
specified.
Note: the updated quantity cannot be lower than the lifted quantity.
In addition to the ability to update the quantity of a confirmed order, a bug fix has been implemented to address a previous issue that caused the
screen to become unresponsive when attempting to make changes to a confirmed order. As a seller you now have the capability to edit the price,
lifting end date, and trader for a confirmed order without any issues. This makes it easier for to manage your orders and ensure that they are
accurate and up-to-date.
How it works
- Navigate to the order history page on the Digital Commerce App
- Select edit under the actions column of the order history table
- The gross quantity, lifting end date, trader and price now all show as editable fields
- Once the desired changes have been made, click the save button
- The TABS allocation will be updated automatically to reflect the changes made
