Additional User Roles

As a seller you can now add additional user roles, giving you more control over the specific functionalities that different users have access to. The following user roles can be assigned to users on the User Management page by the admin account:

Pricing Management – This role allows users to update price settings on the Offer Pricing page – Index Settings, Contract Expiration Rules, Differentials, Customer Pricing and edit the price of existing orders

Supply Management – This role allows users to update volumes on Volume Settings page and existing orders

Customer Management – This role allows users to update customer settings on Customer Management page > Offer Restrictions and SoldTo Settings

How it works

  1. As an account admin navigate to the User Management page on the Digital Commerce App
  2. Edit individual user accounts to add desired product roles under the Digital Commerce product for each user (Pricing Management, Supply
    Management and Customer Management)
  3. Click save to update the user permissions

Bug Fixes
  • FIXED – Error downloading data on Order History page when a filter is applied.
