After logging into or navigating to the Partnership application, the supplier/seller will be presented with a list of companies that been previously setup within Digital Commerce as buyers.
Searching for a company
The user can search through the list of companies by name, address, city, state, zip, or FEIN to find the desired company.
List of companies
- Clicking on a column header will allow the user to sort the company list.
- The navigation located a the bottom of the list allows the user to navigate through each page.
- Clicking on the company name will select the company and navigate the user to the partnership page.
Adding a new fuel buyer partner
- Click the Add Company button to add a new fuel buyer partner.
- To add a new fuel buyer, the user must enter Company Name, DBA (Doing Business As) Name, FEIN (Federal Employer ID Number).
- Additional information including DUNS Number and address can be added.
Note: If the fuel buyer’s company has already been added to the list, a notification to the user is shown.
Once a fuel buyer company is added or selected, seller/supplier can grant that company access to be a buyer on Digital Commerce.
Desired company user
Enter the desired user’s name (First Name, Last Name) and email.
